2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions.

  • Non-quality-related returns (change of mind, size preference, etc.):
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:
